Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@example.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7days of receiving your order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
